Big Mikes was not my first call for service, but after making a few calls only to find out everyone else was too busy to come out after a Holiday, someone recommended I called them. Christian contacted me right away and showed up right on time. He made an attempt to unclog our pipes with no success and offered to bring back the camera to do an inspection on that same day. Since it was our day off, I asked if he could come back the following work day, which he did and on time. After running the camera and tracing the pipes, it was discovered that the problem lied with some construction work that was previously done a few days prior. The price charged for the all that was done was fair and reasonable. He showed great work ethic and was clean and on time. I would absolutely call them back if needed again.

Called Big Mike's for a slow drain. Dispatched technician called me within 10 minutes. George arrived 15 minutes later and was really friendly. George snaked out my washroom drains (×2) to the main. He gave me a couple tips for ongoing maintenance. Again George was friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend. They give free estimates and the price for the job was fair.
